Health Care Directive Workshop

Attend our Health Care Directive Workshop and receive a discount on your estate plan; seminars are on the 4th Tuesday at 2 pm of each month.  Call 769-798-2123 or register online to make a reservation.  The Health Care Directive Workshop is a great way to learn about protecting your family and you.

We feel strongly that everyone needs a Health Care Directive.  As a service to our community we offer a free Health Care Directive, which you can receive by attending this workshop.  In addition to learning how they work you will address issues such as:

• "Who makes my health care decision is I am unable."
• "Do I want life support disconnects if I am in a state of hopelessness?"
• "Do I want food and drink withheld if I am in ta state of hopelessness?"
• "Do I want to be cremated?"
