Our Staff

Bonnie was born in Lexington, MS and grew up in Drew, MS.

She has worked in the legal profession for more than 35 years with 10 years of prior experience with a non-profit corporation and a manufacturing company.

Bonnie has spent the past ten years serving as the Client Services Director and Legal Assistant for Estate Planning 123. She has a deep passion and is committed to serving her Clients’ Estate Planning needs. Bonnie is generally the first person that clients meet and she guides them through the complete planning process. When someone becomes her client, they are her client for life...from the first Discovery Meeting through Annual Review Meetings.

Bonnie has two children, three grandsons and one granddaughter. She is member of Parkway Baptist Church, Clinton, MS. She is also a member of NAIFA (Jackson) and is on the Board of Directors. Bonnie has been a member of FPA Mississippi Chapter for a number of years and now serves as Secretary for the Board of Directors. She attends the NAIFA annual convention, CPA annual convention and the FPA Annual Symposium representing Estate Planning 123. Bonnie loves to spend time with her family and enjoys traveling. She loves people, has never met a stranger and always enjoys meeting and getting to know everyone she meets.

 

Tom grew up in Jackson, MS and attended local public schools there. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR and was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society in Community College.

The majority of Tom's employment background has been in Outside Sales, National Account Sales, Marketing and Sales Management in the Trucking Industry. Tom joined Estate Planning 123 as a Client Services Director in 2009 and also performs the majority of the firms marketing efforts. His favorite part about his job is seeing the look of satisfaction and relief on his clients face when they have finally put their plan together and no longer have to be concerned about it.

Tom lives in Ridgeland, MS with his wife Jennye and they have two adult sons. Tom is a member of St. Matthews United Methodist Church as well as the Financial Planning Association, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, The Rankin County Chamber of Commerce.

Tom is a frequent speaker on the subject of Estate Planning.
