Phillip W. Smith practices in the areas of wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, tax litigation and business related areas, including entity formation and sales of businesses. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, the Hinds County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Smith received his B.B.A. in Accounting from Millsaps College in 2001 where he was a member of the National Accounting Honorary, Beta Alpha Psi. He received his J.D. in 2004 from the University of Mississippi and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami in 2005.
Phillip is also a member of the Jackson Chapter of the Mississippi Financial Planning Association, Estate Planning Council of Mississippi and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is a frequent Speaker for these Associations.

Daniel Eric Kimbrough practices in the areas of federal and state taxation, estate planning and probate, corporations, partnerships, and LLC's, civil tax controversy, and related areas. Eric received his B.P.A. in Accountancy, magna cum laude, from Mississippi State University in 1997, where he was a President's Scholar and a member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Eric received his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2001, where he was a Morrison Memorial Scholar and staff editor of the Journal of National Security Law. In 2000 he completed a summer course of study at Cambridge University in Cambridge, England, and he received his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2003.
Eric is a member of various civic and service organizations including the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and the Exchange Club. He is also a member of the Mississippi Bar Military Affairs Committee and a First Lieutenant, Combat Engineer Officer, in the Mississippi Army National Guard. He is a distinguished honor graduate of both the Engineer Officer Basic Course and the NBC Officer Defense Course and has been awarded numerous commendations throughout his military career. Eric is a veteran of the Bosnian conflict, having served in the task force legal section, and a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he served as a Platoon Leader.
